The Knowledge Directory is a system that serves as a central, web-based access point for all types of information including files, shared directories, links, public folders and multimedia. It has a configurable topic tree that organizes information in a topical format, making it easy to browse and search in context. Knowledge content may be uploaded in any data format and can come from any source via an intuitive browser-based interface. Knowledge can be shared over an intranet or the internet, with customers, partners and/or the public as the environment dictates. The Knowledge Directory is built on XML and is ultra-configurable, allowing the system to be easily tailored to different environments. The Knowledge Directory is available in three versions: Professional, Enterprise and Distributed.
